STCP turns the convergence conference from an annual event into a continuous process, connecting Armenian researchers, industry, government and the donor community around specific projects.
Operating at partial capacity
STCP was launched in June 2022 with support from the EU4Business "Innovative Tourism and Technology Development for Armenia" project. It runs today on foundation resources.
A funded mandate would restore full program cadence - regular working sessions, structured project intake, and dedicated staff to move research projects toward finance.
